To access the RS automated telephone information system 24 hours a day, dial 800-766-3863, option 3. Before accessing our toll-free number, be sure to have your account number and Personal Identification Number (PIN number, which is initially the last four digits of your Social Security number) ready; your PIN number will remain the same after the reorganization. After you input this information you can:
- Hear automated account and price information and fund distribution rates
- Process transactions: purchase, exchange, and redeem fund shares*
- Obtain mailing, wiring, or Internet instructions
- Change your personal identification number (recommended)
- Order duplicate account statements, checkbooks, and tax forms
